MUSEUM!! A Photo Essay.

This is the FAMOUS Natural History Museum in the Big City

I had hoped to find some dusty and hideous antique taxidermy.  As you can see, I was not disappointed.

This is a Cane Rat.  My neighbors eat these.

Dioramas are Awesome!  The best part about the museum was that none of the dioramas had explanations, so we got to make up our own.

So realistic!

This museum is FAMOUS for its display of elephant fetuses.

We weren't sure if this was the gift shop or not.  "Isso aqui, e quanto??  Da disconto!"

This is so unrealistic.  Grandma would never leave the house without a capulana.

Fish on vacation in the mountains.

The museum had 4 of these sawfish.  Maybe they have no commercial value?
